I’m Trey Galloway, owner of The Health Hut here in Mobile. I’m a native Mobilian, 52 years old, and dad to my 7-year-old son, Marlowe, who’s basically my sidekick on weekends.

I come from a family of doctors and attorneys, but after studying Advertising and Marketing at the University of Alabama, I knew I wanted a career built around people, not paperwork. That led to 26 years in outside sales, work I enjoyed, but I always wanted to run my own business and lead my own team.

In August 2022, that chance came together, and I bought The Health Hut. It’s the best decision I’ve made professionally. I get to work alongside a team that feels like family, learn something new almost every day, and genuinely help people take charge of their health. My only regret is not doing it sooner.

To back that up, I’ve since earned Board Certifications as a Holistic Health Practitioner and Functional Health Coach, and I’m also a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor. When you walk into The Health Hut, you’re not just getting a store, you’re getting someone who’s put in the work to guide you well.

Outside the store, you’ll usually find me with Marlowe at his ball games, or out golfing, hunting, fishing, running, or cheering on Alabama football and basketball.
